The dealership does good work and the people are very pleasant when you speak with them, but the service department is very difficult to get in contact with for multiple days in a row. I tried calling them 8-10 times in a single day without a response, spoke with sales who tried to get in contact with them and eventually emailed them to call me with no response for over 24 hrs. If someone in the service department would reliably answer the phone is would most likely be a 5 star review. More
