The best service I have ever had. I have only had my car serviced at Dick Smith Hyundai. My last visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. Even for something as minor as that I received excellent service. Josh was me service consultant and made sure afterwards that my car passed the 20 point inspection. He and the other service persons have always been thoughtful and have taken the time to explain the details of my maintenance. I will go to no other service center, they are the best. More

I had a beat down Geo prism 97' that was on its last limb. I was at work (Wholefoods)when I first met Jason. He was inquiring about some water he wanted to purchase for his family. A coworker brought to my attention while speaking to Jason that he noticed him wearing a Dick Smith Hyundai Mitsubishi shirt. After showing Jason the water he was looking for I told him I was in search of a new vehicle and somewhat on a budget. He told me he worked on the financial/business end of things but he would have someone assist me and he'd do his absolute best to help me get a new car. He gave me all his info on a receipt and I told him I'd see him tomorrow. That next morning I made my way to Greenville in hopes of coming home with a new vehicle. Andy Vacha met me at my car and had already knew my name. Right away I felt a bit at ease. Andy and I spoke like we had been friends for some time. As a first timer purchasing a vehicle I was really nervous and Andy explained everything to me step by step with plenty of detail. I didn't feel he was just trying to sell me a car. He showed his concern about me driving that 97'Geo and assured me that would be my last time driving it! After all Andy's hard work I was able to leave with a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage G4!
