I went to Dick Smith after visiting another dealership and doing a lot of research, so I knew that I wan This was my first solo car buying experience. I went to Dick Smith after visiting another dealership and doing a lot of research, so I knew that I wanted an Ioniq. I was greeted promptly, and they quickly began getting my information and appraising the vehicle I wanted to trade-in. We went for a quick test drive and once we go back to dealership, they got down to business. I did have to sit by myself for a time while numbers were crunched, but I wasn't in a hurry. Dick Smith offered me almost double what the other dealership offered for my trade-in and a much better financing package. Since I bought the car at the end of the day (when most of the staff had left), I was able to return the following day to have my car washed and talk more in-depth about the features of the car. I look forward to returning to Dick Smith for my routine service, since that is included for the first year. The guys at Dick Smith didn't try to coerce me to buy a car with promises of "coupons" that had to be used that day, which was unlike other car salesmen I came across. I definitely recommend Dick Smith if you're in the market. More

We have three other Hyundai's in the family and this is number four. We prefer the Hyundai brand overall others due to the history we have with the brand. This is the second Hyundai I paid cash for and this visit took about an hour start to finish. My previous cash purchase took over 4 hours because staff did not know how to handle a cash client. Any future purchases will be from Hyundai and from Dick Smith Hyundai. More
