Above and Beyond Our 2016 Tucson Limited was totaled in an accident. Five days later, we contacted the dealership and said we wanted the exact same vehicle in a 2017 Our 2016 Tucson Limited was totaled in an accident. Five days later, we contacted the dealership and said we wanted the exact same vehicle in a 2017 (the 2016 having for certain saved my life in the crash), same color, same interior, same options. There were only 2 within 500 miles and they we able to get one, get it here, prepped and delivered to our home to finalize paperwork in three days. Everyone was wonderful, without exception. We got the car we wanted at an excellent price, plus the best treatment we have ever had in a car buying experience.
