A Strange Way to Buy a Car I am a returning lease customer. When it was time to give up my lease I was in Hollywood, FL, and the dealership was in Greenville, SC. I visited a dealership down in FL but soon realized that I would do business again with Dick Smith Hyundai in Greenville. I called long distance to Gordon Orr who had been the gentleman I worked with three years ago. I told him what I wanted in detail and he said he would call me back when he found it. It wasn't two hours before Gordon called again with my exact wish list. The entire transaction was done over the phone and a week later Gordon drove and hour and a half to my home bringing me my new Sport, taking my "old" Limited, and spent a good amount of time setting everything up for me... my phone, my garage door opener, my seat preference, as well as putting my license tag on the new car. Thanks for having men like Gordon in the business. More

My first Genesis My salesman Jose was very personable when I first met him as he opened the door for me to enter the showroom. He is very knowledgeable about the vehic My salesman Jose was very personable when I first met him as he opened the door for me to enter the showroom. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and explained the vehicle to me, it's features and state of the art electronics. He moved the Genesis out of the showroom for our test drive! While I was driving on I 85, he showed me how active lane assist and adaptive cruise control is in essence autopilot. The sales process was smooth and my car was located in Virginia and driven to Greenville for me. I got just the car I wanted and would choose this dealership again. Just wished my Mercedes trade in was worth closer to what I thought that what they thought. We worked everything out to my satisfaction. And Jose is still getting a lot of tech questions from me about this car and has responded quickly. More
