I was also very pleased with how their salesmen did not pressure us to buy the extra warranties/services when we said no, that showed a lot more respect than I'm used to seeing from dealerships. The only negative thing I can say is that the visit took a little longer than I would like, but we are very happy overall. More

We have had a Hyundai since 2009 and were looking for a different vehicle from my Sonata. But we always return to Hyundai and we were pleased with the changes to the 2017 vehicle! We could not have found anything better, especially for the price and warranty. Ramsey was not pushy, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was a very polite man. Also I am impressed that Dick Smith is a family business and closes on Sunday and gives a discount to the military. That is putting ideals/beliefs before money. The only complaint is the time it takes to negotiate a deal- the management wants to give you a final number without how they get there. But when push came to shove they honored the discounts we qualified for. I would suggest you ask for details and do your homework. But they are honest. And this does not reflect on Ramsey- he was doing his job well. I would recommend Dick Smith and Ramsey to anybody. No red flags or issues. More
