I had done extensive research on potential new vehicles using Consumer Reports as a guide for both pricing and performance. I received a great price over the Internet from their sales department,(Maurice) without the usual back and forth dickering that is part and parcel of new car buying. There was not any of the usual add on features such as fabric protection, film guard, etc. They actually listened to my requirements and expectations. This was a pleasant experience which was wrapped up in the course of one afternoon. I really appreciated the professional, in-depth explanation of all the features that accompany new car technology. The salesman actually uploaded all my cell phone contacts as part of the Blue Tooth overview as well setting up our first free service appointment. The vehicle was clean, ready to go with a full tank of gas. Our new Santa Fe performs flawlessly and has exceeded my expectations of comfort and performance. I am still getting calls and pricing from the competitors that are no where near the deal that I received at this dealership. I have been buying cars for 50+ years but this was easily my best experience. Also, this was not my local dealer as I traveled 50 miles to make this purchase.
