My previous car had been totaled and I had been given the run around for over a month with my insurance company and my GAP insurance. At first I was told I wouldn't be able to get a car until my claim was paid off and I was beginning to stress because my rental car was due back the following week and I needed transportation to and from work. Everything Mo said he needed I would jump up and get it and he would be like no worries I'm going to get you a car. I was starting to worry because as complicated as the situation was in reality I wasn't going to get a car any time soon. After collaborating with numerous people Maurice finally came back and said I have some good news. "I got you approved for a car." Never had I been more happy. Not only did he get me approved, I had called my father mid-process asking him to co-sign on my car, but Mo got me approved all by myself with no co-signer. As much as I was ready to give up Maurice gave reassurance the entire time and all I had to do was be patient and have faith. Everyone around was also nice it's a friendly environment at Dick Smith and I'm glad to have done business with them. More
