Excellent experience I initially worked with Ramsey to get an idea of the current vehicles and determine what would be a suitable replacement for my VW Jetta TDI having se I initially worked with Ramsey to get an idea of the current vehicles and determine what would be a suitable replacement for my VW Jetta TDI having settled on the Azera or Sonata. A few weeks later Hyundai announced the TDI incentives which prompted me to return to the dealership to get preliminary numbers for a lease where I met Gordon. Gordon was exceptionally helpful and he and the dealership worked with me while waiting for the VW process to proceed at a snails pace, going so far as to take the vehicle I chose off the floor for two months. I would highly recommend working with the Dick Smith dealership. Gordon and Ramsey to anyone in the market for a car. More
