Customer Service for the whole family Dick Smith Hyundai exceeded our expectations in our quest to find a new vehicle for our family. We were looking to get a new to us mini van. We stoppe Dick Smith Hyundai exceeded our expectations in our quest to find a new vehicle for our family. We were looking to get a new to us mini van. We stopped by Dick Smith Hyundai to see if they had anything available. We have a big family so we would have to have a 7 passenger vehicle or more. Al came out and peaked our interest on financing. Al went above and beyond the call of duty by not only servicing us but our 5 young kids as well. He entertained our kids as we went over numbers with the finance department. He provided snacks, water and entertainment so my wife and I could conduct business. At the end of the day, Al not only provided excellent customer service but also an outlet of enjoyment for our children that otherwise may have been a very frustrating and rushed purchase due to 5 energetic boys. I would highly recommend Dick Smith Hyundai but especially Al Velazquez to assist you with your next vehicle purchase. More

Great My husband had called and worked out most of the deal for this car on the phone after finding the car on the internet. When we got to the dealership everything was ready and waiting for us to start to process. We only had to wait for the car to finish being detailed and wait to see the finance guy but the wait was not long. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and very professional.
