Martha's Second Time at Dick Smith Hyundai Lance Hammontree sold me a car several months ago (co-owned with my nephew). Great My husband had called and worked out most of the deal for this car on the phone after finding the car on the internet. Car Purchase Story Having checked Consumer Reports and Kelly Blue Book, we decided that a used midsize Honda, Toyota or Hyundai sedan would be our car choice. After che Having checked Consumer Reports and Kelly Blue Book, we decided that a used midsize Honda, Toyota or Hyundai sedan would be our car choice. After checking out various dealers, we went to Dick Smith Hyundai who had advertised a used Camry and were greeted by Al Velazquez. He was very cordial and accommodating as he showed us the vehicle, but it had too many options and was priced higher than our budget limit. We returned a second time as some more used cars became available. Al patiently helped us and let us test drive several models, but our offers was not satisfactory to management. Al pointed out a Hyundai Sonata that was in the maintenance shop for inspection, but it lacked some of the options we were looking for. Al offered to make the car available the next day for a test drive and submitted our price limit offer to his superiors. After driving the car, even with fewer options but with a lower price and a fair trade-in on our current car, we agreed to buy it. Al worked diligently to secure our satisfaction in a trustworthy exchange. We believe that Al was honest and would backup his promises that the car was reliable and any future concerns would be handled to our approval. We ran away from couple sales people while there and mostly stayed in car it was hot outsideand just drove around lot but then we were parked looking at 2017 elantra my wife loved color looks. A sales person by name Al Velázquez came out with key And said if it was okay if he turns on ac let it cool down and he going move it to shade if we follow we can park right next to him I was ready go home and look up car reviews and videos online. but my wife insists we take his offer he was only one offered cool down. Car for us, once carcooled down al wegotout and handed us two Waters from there I was very impressed how al asked questions and made sure we had car that filled our needs the elantra was not it we would have bought car my wife would have got attachment for wheek chair trunk but it would have costed alot money i was willing to do cuasemy wife was very happy, But al told us he wants sabe us much as monsy as possible he understands our situation and getting the car that will fit our needs and rather have us in a good situation he ended up getting us one heck of a deal on a Santa Fe sport my wife loves it and we have enough room for our sons wheel chair.
