The service person I had wasn’t very personable and acted like I was interrupting his morning when I walked up to the counter. When I had previous work done or a recall fixed, my car was always run through t like I was interrupting his morning when I walked up to the counter. He pointed to where my car was parked and went on about his business. They used to bring it around for me . I’ve been in CS for 30+ years and I would never treat my customers like he did .
