Very poor service. Poor communication. Even though we called several times to see if our vehicle was done -- no response. We had a 7:30 appt. and we finally went to the Poor communication. We had a 7:30 appt. and we finally went to the dealership at 4PM after calling with no response and that's when they started working on our vehicle. And they didn't look at something we had specifically asked at all. So now we need to bring it back. :( More

I brought my Palisade in for service for a check engine light/stalling problem. I had a service contact which did not cover the part which I was told needed to be repaired. After $1,500 dollars the problem light/stalling problem. I had a service contact which did not cover the part which I was told needed to be repaired. After $1,500 dollars the problem continued. I had to bring the car back in for service. Now I am being told a sensor is defective and the engine will need to be removed to correct the problem. This part is covered by the service extended warranty. I would like a refund on the $1,500 repair. I am so disappointed in the service team here. I love my Hyundai, but I so disappointed in this service team. More
Hyundai warranty information book clearly shows that the hybrid electrical water pump has warranty for 10 year even for the 2nd owner, but actually Hyundai motor company, USA denied to cover my car's water hybrid electrical water pump has warranty for 10 year even for the 2nd owner, but actually Hyundai motor company, USA denied to cover my car's water pump fixing under the warranty without any understandable reason. That's fraud or deception against their customers. No more hyundai car will I buy! More
