I took my Ford Explorer to Diehl Ford to have my radio checked out because it would not work with SiriusXm Radio. Dropped my car off, to have the heated seat fixed. Stopped by a couple days later. to get an update, was told they didn't have a code to finish the job. So took the car home waiting for a call, days l Stopped by a couple days later. to get an update, was told they didn't have a code to finish the job. So took the car home waiting for a call, days later I asked what's up, was asked to drop it off again. Later that week got a call saying there is another problem, electrical wiring. Was told extended warranty might not cover it, told them I'll pay the difference, just fix it. Dropped car off on Monday, having not heard anything I stopped over on Friday afternoon and the car was not in the shop, it was sitting out back, nothing done to it. I got the car keys and left. More
