We really appreciated that he sent videos of the truck so we could see the exterior and interior since we weren't able to make it to the dealership in person during our initial interest/inquiries. We were also extremely impressed and grateful for them personally driving the truck to our home so we could test drive it and they prepared all the paperwork ahead of time so we were able to finalize the sale and purchase of the vehicle at our house. Spencer was incredibly friendly and personable and made the whole experience easy and stress free. We love our truck now and it is exactly what we needed / wanted. We dropped the vehicle off the night before -- Very professional service drop-off area - covered and very well-lit. Paul called the next morning promptly with initial communication and set great expectations. Then later in the day with a detailed diagnosis and recommendations, prices and timing for completion. When we picked up the vehicle, LIZ the service manager was very helpful in answer my questions, Terri was very friendly when I went to Pay and Julie was great when I called to follow-up. This is a VERY professional team! I hope LIZ gets a copy of this! She and her team from Mechanics to Parts to Billing are TOP NOTCH. Keep up the great work guys! More

My initial purchase of my ford maverick went very smoothly and took delivery first week in May. I just turned about 2900 miles and wanted to switch my oil to full synthetic.
