I had to pick my car up after hours from service. Couldn’t find anyone to assist me. One women was on the phone and continued to take one call after another as I stood there for 10 minutes. I scheduled my vehicle in for service online and had to be contacted via telephone to change the date as their system is not up to date. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I immediately noticed the front parking light was not replaced, even though this is required for PA state inspection and it had passed... This makes me question the other work that cannot be easily reviewed or seen without disassembly. More

Service Adviser totally incapable. Made appointment for part replacement a full week in advance. Then he launched into a diagnostic-selling ritual that they usually test various systems blah blah blah. The part is broken and needs to be replaced. I made that clear when I made the original appointment. He became defensive and hostile. A complete waste of my time. There are many Ford dealers around and I have already made an appointment at a competing location. They laughed when I told them what happened and said they get many ex-customers from this place.
