He knew I had to wait for the completion and he made sure it was done in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. More

Beyond disappointed at how dysfunctional taking my vehicle to Diehl has been primarily in their lack of communication and lying about doing certain maintenance and actually not, yet still charging for vehicle to Diehl has been primarily in their lack of communication and lying about doing certain maintenance and actually not, yet still charging for it (saying all tires were check and I picked up my car at 8.5PSI is a joke). Lastly since taking my Honda to Diehl they send me spam emails. Never did I sign up for this nor give them permission to spam me daily. The disappointment started quickly upon first call with Diehl. My first shop said they needed a certified Honda dealership and online it appeared Diehl was one. Upon calling Diehl I asked "are you certified Honda" to which the lady on the phone didn't even know!? Was this her first day? This was a Monday night and she scheduled an appointment for their service department for Wednesday. That same night my Civic was towed into their lot. I gave her all the info she asked and I hung up questioning how they were going to fix my car with what was provided. Wednesday I called in @8am for my appointment to check up and they said they had 0 info on me or my car (evidently the original lady didn't pass a thing). Minutes later they called back saying they couldn't find my car in their own lot! Throughout the process this dealership seems to call for everything. I understand that approval has to be given before the $600 part is bought, yet constant calls throughout the day. I'm someone who doesn't have the time to pick up 5+ calls a day. The one called asking if the mechanic was allowed to remove to bolts to do the job. Really how is the job supposed to get done if the bolts aren't removed?! The final nail in the Diehl dysfunction coffin was when I was on the way. I decided to drive 30 minutes to come to my car as my performance gear was in it as I had a performance two hours later. I get a call that my friend took as I was driving and the guy said we close @7. I showed up at 6 and there were 6 employees standing in the lobby saying "we're closed." Talk about customer service. 6 people and not a single person could take my transaction, well thinking about that now one person couldn't even take my info correctly so why should I ever expect 1/6 employees to go above or beyond. Also looking at Google maps their hours are 9-6, service is 7:30-5:30 so where 7pm was said makes 0 sense. Also I missed my performance as I couldn't get my gear, thanks Diehl. This has been quite the $1,427.75 car wreck that makes me question all these 5 star reviews as this job shouldn't have been this dysfunctional. Edit I originally gave a 2 star review and have since changed it to 1. They said they did a full service check (which I had to pay for) and said all my tires were at 32PSI. How can anyone trust a company that lies about tire pressure (this takes less than 3 minutes to do)! One tire had a PSI of 8.5 (barely inflated) and they said it was 32! If they didn't even bother to check tire pressure what else did they not check?! Now every single day I get emails from Diehl for cars being sold along with advertisements. I never signed up for this crap. Dear Diehl, do better. More
