I was told on the phone when I scheduled my appointment that my rear differential fluid was going to be changed. I got there the morning of the appointment, and the guy told me that was not included in the that my rear differential fluid was going to be changed. I got there the morning of the appointment, and the guy told me that was not included in the Honda service pass. Now why would one guy tell me it was covered, and the other guy tell me no? Also, I understand the air filters are not included. The guy did not even give me prices or the opportunity to have them changed. More
