After the tire was replaced the TPMS indicated low tire pressures. It needed to be calibrated. I wonder if this wasn't one properly when the tire was replaced. At my last oil change, the safety inspection indicated that the pressure in the spare tire was OK. However it was not when I had to call AAA to replace the flat tire. When I mentioned this when I got the new tire, I was told that if the spare tire is not accessible the pressure is not checked. Fine but that should have been noted on the inspection report. I could have checked it myself. More

I made an appointment to have a noise looked at in my car. The car is under warranty. When the tech addressed me he informed me that if it was not warranty related I would be charged 159.95. After becoming upset the manager did make it right, but the tech continued to ask me questions as if the noise was my fault. Had I been in an accident? Have I had the injectors worked on? WHAT ITS A BRAND NEW CAR!! It continued if it was an animal I would have to turn into my insurance. I was so stressed out by the end of this appointment! I have bought 2 brand new Hondas at this location. Not only will I not purchase another vehicle here I will never have another service done here. More
