Long story short I took my car in at 9:00am and was told my car would take abou 1 hour. At 11:00 I called and they hadn't even looked at it. I was visiting from Virginia and they were able to get me in for an oil change with little notice. In the process they were able to identify a bad part which because of time constraints was unable to install in for an oil change with little notice. I dropped my car off to get serviced after speaking with a representative on Friday about getting tires put on. I show up, drop my car off and leave.
