Long story short I took my car in at 9:00am and was told my car would take abou 1 hour. At 11:00 I called and they hadn't even looked at it. I was visiting from Virginia and they were able to get me in for an oil change with little notice. In the process they were able to identify a bad part which because of time constraints was unable to install in for an oil change with little notice. I dropped my car off to get serviced after speaking with a representative on Friday about getting tires put on. I show up, drop my car off and leave. They call me and tell me they forgot to order the tires a representative on Friday about getting tires put on. I show up, drop my car off and leave. They call me and tell me they forgot to order the tires and wouldn’t budge on upgrading tires that were in stock. So I had to go back and pick my car and schedule the services elsewhere. Disappointing to say the least. More
