I dropped my car off to get serviced after speaking with a representative on Friday about getting tires put on. I show up, drop my car off and leave. They call me and tell me they forgot to order the tires a representative on Friday about getting tires put on. I show up, drop my car off and leave. They call me and tell me they forgot to order the tires and wouldn’t budge on upgrading tires that were in stock. So I had to go back and pick my car and schedule the services elsewhere. Disappointing to say the least. More
