It was incredibly overpriced for the services I actually received. The $105+ price tag doesn't even include topping off regular fluids like antifreeze or windshield washer fluid, or air in my tires. It took almost two full hours just to change oil; For $60 I can get a full synthetic oil change, fluids topped off and tire pressure corrected and be out in no more than 20 minutes. More

My salesman was incredibly rude, defensive, argumentative and dismissive. We had a miscommunication and he turned it into an argument for no reason. I already had several apologies from two female employees and dismissive. We had a miscommunication and he turned it into an argument for no reason. Another employee walked past us while he was arguing with me in front of the building but he didn’t say anything. I don’t even want to use my service package over this ordeal. More
