Upon arriving at the dealership, I was courteously greeted by Dan and directed to the main counter where he personally initiated registration to have my vehicle serviced. He also informed me that Al Harter would be my service advisor and that he would take over my vehicle's needs for the day. I was very pleased to hear that since Al has been my service advisor since 2018. Al is very professional, approachable, helpful, knowledgeable, and respectfully listens to the customer's needs or questions. It is always a pleasure to have my car serviced at Dimmit Cadillac. In addition, it was very ensuring to see that every employee was wearing a face mask/covering and keeping their distance due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and being conscientious and responsible for their own health and safety and that of their co-workers and customers.
