I recently had a problem with my XT5 air. I called Dimmitt service and talked to Dan Robinson and explained my problem. He was very polite and professional as well as setting up an appointment to brin Dimmitt service and talked to Dan Robinson and explained my problem. He was very polite and professional as well as setting up an appointment to bring in my car. I was given a loaner and all work was completed to my satisfaction. Worked with Al Harter on a driveline/transmission Shutter problem with 2016 CTS. Al analyzed the problem, recommended a solution and fixed the problem.
