Excellent Customer Service I received excellent customer service from Angel Ortiz Perez at Dimmitt Cadillac. I had an issue with my keys being programmed properly on my Chevy C I received excellent customer service from Angel Ortiz Perez at Dimmitt Cadillac. I had an issue with my keys being programmed properly on my Chevy Camaro that I purchased there, and I was given a beautiful loaner Cadillac to drive until the issue was resolved. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to see that I was not inconvenienced. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wishes to have a smooth service and/or car buying experience. It was a pleasure to do business with them. More

Fixed up Grandmas Car- no issues! I had the pleasure of working with Rommel last week. I brought my grandmothers SRX in to get the oil change, as well as discuss minor issues she was h I had the pleasure of working with Rommel last week. I explained my issues, and not only did he quickly get me going but he noticed additional things to address at no charge! He sent my son and I home with a loaner car so we didn't even have to wait! The service returning the vehicle and getting my grandmother's suv back was a breeze too! I would recommend his service and this location to ANYONE looking for quality top notch service! More
