Al Harter is a very polite and respectful service rep. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A TIRE. I RAN UP ON A CURB. THE CAR WAS TOWED TO DIMMITT ON GANDY. AND AL HARTER MADE SURE THAT MY CAR WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND KEPT I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A TIRE. I RAN UP ON A CURB. THE CAR WAS TOWED TO DIMMITT ON GANDY. Great service! Kerven Dennis (Sales) and Al Harter (Service) are awesome! I bought a used 2015 SRX and Kerven made the buying process very quick and painless. I as Kerven Dennis (Sales) and Al Harter (Service) are awesome! I bought a used 2015 SRX and Kerven made the buying process very quick and painless. I asked Kerven if he had any touch-up paint that matched the center screen console, it had some dings and scratches. Al Harter looked at it and said he'd just replace it. While I waited for the part (a couple days) I noticed the headlights were very dim at night. Al just replaced them too. They also had it detailed and tank filled up. The service was better than Lexus, who I had leased for for several years. Don't know why Lexus has a better reputation, these guys are the best! More
