Four and three quarter star service overall, 5 star for Al. I needed to replace a lost key fob, and Al Harter, the service rep, did an outstanding job of getting me scheduled quickly. Al has always done a grea I needed to replace a lost key fob, and Al Harter, the service rep, did an outstanding job of getting me scheduled quickly. Al has always done a great job and did so this time as well. The process should have taken about an hour (to reprogram a new and the old key fob). However, it took 2 1/2 hours to complete, because the reprogramming failed twice. Al kept me informed throughout the process, and the wait was comfortable, considering the complimentary amenities available in the waiting area. Overall I am very pleased with the service and will continue to highly recommend Dimmitt to others! More
