We explained we were still having transmission problems and quickly mentioned that there had been an upgrade and he arranged everything and fingers crossed all is now OK. They did it my way I shopped online and was comfortable picking our a car sight on seen since I knew everything had to meet my approval before taking the car home anyway I shopped online and was comfortable picking our a car sight on seen since I knew everything had to meet my approval before taking the car home anyway. My criteria was to find Mercedes S550 with very low miles and wanted it from a reputable dealer at the same time. Called for the sales office At the Dimmitt Auto Group and asked for the "Sales Manager" and was transferred to Mark Tillman who was very professional and went to the trouble of taking my information over the phone and went over the car with me even though I had not set step at the store. They must have had over 25 photos at "Carguru" on that perticular car from tire condition to actual photos of the dash board with mileage etc. They called me the next morning with an approval for credit. Made an appointment with Mark and when I got to see the car it was more then I expected not one ding or scratch on the car. Extra mats with full tank and completely detailed. Everything that was discussed over the phone was followed to the "T". Its been two weeks now and we are very happy with the car. Mark is getting Married soon and I wish him the best.... More

The customer focus of this dealership is unsurpassed! I was concerned about a portion of my driver's seat deteriorating and wanted to get it repaired. I was prepared for a large bill to repair the existi I was concerned about a portion of my driver's seat deteriorating and wanted to get it repaired. I was prepared for a large bill to repair the existing seat, but Dan Robinson and his team just replaced the whole seat at much lower cost than I was expecting. The seat had to be ordered, so they let me keep my own SRX while we waited for it to come in. When it arrived, they made an appointment for me and provided me with a suitable loaner vehicle for the several days needed to perform the work. Everything was handled very smoothly in a very courteous and professional manner. I actually look forward to getting my vehicle serviced there again! More
