Patricia Jones was OUTSTANDING. Patricia was helpful with this experience as she was the previous time I was there. She was always in contact with me with what had to be done to rep Patricia was helpful with this experience as she was the previous time I was there. She was always in contact with me with what had to be done to repair my Camaro as if it was her own car. Getting my car moved to Dimmitt Chevrolet and looking into my GM plan . She's exceptional. It's a shame that Dimmitt Chevrolet doesn't have a Patricia Jones there also. More

Concerige service at a dealership I bought my husbands XTS to Dimmit Cadillac for routine service and I must say I was amazed by how accommodating their staff is. From the time I pull I bought my husbands XTS to Dimmit Cadillac for routine service and I must say I was amazed by how accommodating their staff is. From the time I pulled up I was greeted by smiling faces and did not open 1 door myself for the duration of my stay. It felt like I was at a resort! RJ my service advisor greeted me at the service desk and sent me over to Cindy at the loaner desk while he drew up my paperwork. This one helpful step allowed me to be in and out within 10 minutes of my arrival. I am overly impressed with the service I received. More

ROB GORDON IS THE BEST SERVICE GUY EVER ROB HAS ALWAYS GONE THE EXTRA MILE TO ENSURE WE HAVE THE BEST IN SERVICE. NEVER IN A HURRY AND ALWAYS THOROUGH.
