I drive 45min out of my way just for the great service Rob Johnson and John McCurdy have been nothing but the best and I recommend this LandRover service department over all others. I live 10min from another dealership but have had more problems once my Range comes out of the shop then before it went in. Therefore, I make the long drive to this magnificent establishment, Dimmit, and receive the best treatment then anywhere else. John and Rob have always helped me with whatever I need, provided me with prompt and up to date information, and always make sure I'm given a similar type loaner car so I'm not forced out of my comfort zone and into a 2 star Uber type of car. A huge thanks to the all service department employees at Dimmit. More

Dimmitt Advantage is a life saver!! We purchased our son's car about two months ago (used 2012 Dodge Avenger) and they provide their Dimmitt Advantage plan with your purchase. Among one We purchased our son's car about two months ago (used 2012 Dodge Avenger) and they provide their Dimmitt Advantage plan with your purchase. Among one of the features is a key replacement if you loose your key/key fob. Well our son did and it saved us having to spend an additional 300.00 to get a new key made for the car. The service department got us right in, drove the car to dodge so that it could be programed, returned the car to me washed and ready to go!! I am so thankful that we bought his car here and will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or have a vehicle serviced!! Thank you Satisfied Mom! More

General Scheduled Maintenance I have previously owned Cadillacs going back to my first purchase of a 1968 Coupe DeVille. However, my purchased stopped in 2009 after a service issu I have previously owned Cadillacs going back to my first purchase of a 1968 Coupe DeVille. However, my purchased stopped in 2009 after a service issue with another local Cadillac dealer. After driving both BMW's and a Mercedes for a few years, I opted to try purchasing another Cadillac from Dimmitt. To date, I have had service twice on my XTS Platinum with Patricia Jones as my service consultant. Patricia has proven that Cadillac, at the Dimmitt dealership, understands customer care, communication and valued my vehicle. I will continue to use Dimmitt and Patricia when service is required. Until now; my wife and I were in the market for a vehicle since we have just moved to Florida. My wife and I traveled to Dimmits Cadillac in Clearwater! We were introduced to Matt Mayers and we were instantly impressed with his easy professional manner and car knowledge. At no time did we feel pressured or put upon for any certain vehicle decision. For the first time in my 67 years I enjoyed the car buying experience! My wife and I had a set budget for our car and we shared that with Matt; he was very empathetic and understood. We explained to Matt Mayers that we were retired Law enforcement special agents and had a very fixed income and every effort needed to be made to fit our needs for a vehicle to our budget! Matt rose to the occasion and found our vehicle! We are proud owners of a 2017 Cadillac CTS! We could not be happier with our choice and Matt's professional manner! Even after the sale and meeting others in the organization such as Michelle the Insurance Lady; Justin the manager and Naman Johnson the financial guru; Matt took more time with us to explain all the bells and whistles on our CTS!
