Continued with my next touch...Dean Cocilova. Dean and Bruni both put service above the business of selling. It is almost as if they are here to serve first and Sales is a by-product. I also had the privilege of meeting Steve, a Sales Manager and Naman, the Finance Manager- both Of whom were a joy to deal with. The car I purchased was better than advertised- an absolute creampuff. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car. More

Prompt and accommodating service I had an appointment for service at the Dimmitt facility in St Pete, but was not told until arrival there that they only service my newly-acquired Cad I had an appointment for service at the Dimmitt facility in St Pete, but was not told until arrival there that they only service my newly-acquired Cadillac model at the Clearwater location. They made a quick call to make an appointment for me in Clearwater, with 1/2 hour travel time anticipated. Even with such short notice, Patricia logged my information into the system, discussed my needs and moved the car rapidly into the service area. The 15,000 mile inspection was completed without need for further service and was returned to me rapidly. Their recommended service intervals were explained to me and all questions were answered. It was a positive experience and I am pleased to be a customer of their service team. More
