Great Customer Service We came to Dimmitt Cadillac & the first salesman to greet us was Ian Harrison. We were there as our lease on our 2014 XTS Premiuum was going to expire We came to Dimmitt Cadillac & the first salesman to greet us was Ian Harrison. We were there as our lease on our 2014 XTS Premiuum was going to expire in 5 months. We wanted to see the new colors in person. We were unsure if we would lease again or buy. We explained everything to Ian & he was very nice & accommodating. We came back the next month to view them all again as we had received an early buyback notice. We asked for Ian Harrison again but I could not make up my mind between Phantom Gray which was readily on the lot or a Sand Dune which would have to be ordered. After we left we had contact by phone & email with Ian a couple of times. I finally came in & purchased the Phanton Gray Premium ATS with Ian Harrison. Great customer service by Ian, Highly recommend him & Dimmitt Cadillac. More

Small things, big help We had a little bump in the passenger door to fix and it is covered under our warranty, they did a marvelous job, we could not see where it was before We had a little bump in the passenger door to fix and it is covered under our warranty, they did a marvelous job, we could not see where it was before. Also had first maintenance done and left the car overnight, they gave me a loaner, a CT6, what a ride. Cindy at the loaner desk was extremely helpful and of course Bill Keagan always provides a top notch service. We brag to our friends about the Cadillac service. More

Glad nothing was wrong William Kegan was perfect and did not take advantage of a situation. I could see a nail in my tire - he explained that it had not punctured the tire William Kegan was perfect and did not take advantage of a situation. I could see a nail in my tire - he explained that it had not punctured the tire and no repair was needed - in the process, there was no charge and they washed my car - very happy camper!!! More

Excellent customer service throughout the dealership My first experience with Dimmitt was in 2014 when I leased an SRX - my first lease and first Cadillac. The experience at the dealership both with the purchase and all the service appts were phenomenal. The assistance and caring attitude from everyone I came in contact with was outstanding. I did find the limitation on mileage too limiting for my lifestyle, so I came back to discuss options on turning in the lease early and getting in to a purchase before summer travel to not have the mileage restriction. Mark Robinson was extremely helpful and made this buying experience as phenomenal as the first. Working with Charlie and Michelle to finalize all the paperwork was enjoyable as well. More
