While they did not have the exact Escalade that I was looking for, they did have one in inventory that was just as acceptable. I am extremely pleased with the ride of my new Escalade, I need to talk to them about the software that was installed. This car does not have all of the software features as my SRX and I would like discuss whether it is possible for a software upgrade. Still, very pleased with Frank and Steve. More
