A Repeat Customer I've lived in the area for 7 years and this is the second pre-owned vehicle I've purchased at Dimmitt Cadilac. I was treated very fairly on the trade of the Saab 93 convertible I bought here 5 1/2 years ago. This time, John Fabrice worked with me to get all of the features I was looking for in a Cadilac SRX, and at a price the I wanted. This dealership has a big heart and is more interested in building relationships than making a quick, high-pressure buck. And the service department operates the same way. More

Worst Service Department/Management I leased a SRX from Dimmitt in 2015 and had issues with my CUE system. When I scheduled the appointment, my service advisor, Jason, told me that the n I leased a SRX from Dimmitt in 2015 and had issues with my CUE system. When I scheduled the appointment, my service advisor, Jason, told me that the new CUE screens were on back order for a 'few weeks'. However, a few weeks drug on and after 6 weeks I called to check in and express my frustrations that I was paying for a car that had no infotainment system, navigation, radio, etc due to the malfunctioning screen. My service advisor told me there was nothing that he could do as it was a back order from the manufacturer and that I was "LUCKY" it had only taken a month so far as some of his customers were waiting 2+ months. He then went on to explain that it was a wide spread issue affecting many Cadillacs. I'm not sure who trained him in customer service but telling me I'm lucky to be without the main interior feature of my car is not a way to win my loyalty and explaining that it was messed up in a lot of Cadillacs is not a way to win my business when my lease ends in 9 months. After waiting 3 MONTHS to get a new CUE we again expressed our frustrations in person to the Service Manager, John, who deflected all responsibility and told us to take our issues up with GM. We obviously became upset at his lack of accountability and customer service and felt he was definitively doing a disservice to the Cadillac brand. When we confronted him and asked how he could make this experience better for us he stated that we could "sit down and wait an hour and a half for our new CUE screen to be replaced." I have never had such poor customer service in any facet of my life. While we were obviously upset that day (you would be too), it was in no way appropriate for him to behave this way when we are paying customers. He did nothing to diffuse the situation and only further escalated it. I am a loyal GM customer and will be taking my service needs and my business when my lease ends to Ed Morse and you should too! More

Arrived at Dimmitt Cadillac on the last day of 2016, unsure as to whether I should lease or buy, and whether I should go for a CTS 3.6 or a CTS 2.0T. Matt Mayers patiently worked through the lease vs. buy options for both cars assisted by the sales manager, Michael Chaparro. Needless to say, there was some haggling. But, (literally) at the end of the day we were able to reach a deal that worked for me and my wife, and we drove home in our first Cadillac (we had owned a Lincoln and several Jaguars, but never a Cadillac). So far, I have to say we're delighted. We both love the car, and we have a very good feeling about the dealership. More

The lobby is beautiful. We recently purchased a 1yr old ATS from a used dealer in Orlando. I wanted to get established locally (Countryside). They were very inviting, and my rep Kevin Hamby was very helpful in explaining the remaining warranty. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a Cadillac 12+yrs ago and used Dimmit back then. The one thing I was sorry to see gone (and had gotten my young children excited for) was the ice cream machine. The coffee and tea were nice, however there were no snacks. Maybe because we arrived almost noon? More

My sales person Glenn terribly pushy and handled confidential information poorly. Luckily I had a childhood friend name Filipo "Phil" who saw the deal falling apart and stepped in. Every step of the way once he got involved became what I would expect when buying a luxury car. He even dropped car at my house met my family and son and honestly made me feel proud of the car I just purchased. Knowing my business he went step further and invited me to corporate events when they are coming. I would if interested in a Range Rover at Dimmit only deal with Phil at least you know you will get real results and customer satisfaction once he leaves you. More
