Purchased a Used Vehicle with Wally Ullrich I had the pleasure of working with Wally Ullrich. He really made my boyfriend and I feel comfortable purchasing my 2013 Ford Focus. Not only did I love the car, but he worked with me financially and also had patience as a new buyer to walk through the steps with me. Everyone bustles around in a friendly and professional manner to make sure you are treated well. You are advised thoroughly on what needs to be done and what the charges will be. There are no surprises. The facility is immaculately clean and comfortable. Jason has been the person who takes care of me and my car (a lovely Saab so of course there are issues with getting parts but service somehow works that all out). Jason has been so professional and friendly in helping me put the vehicle right and explaining the things that need to be done. That's just what I need. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dimmitt for complete car service. It is a really wonderful company. More
Faulty windshield received with new car delivery I noticed a severe scratch in the windshield upon delivery of my new SRX .Evaluation by dealership manager showed that there was no rubber on the lo I noticed a severe scratch in the windshield upon delivery of my new SRX .Evaluation by dealership manager showed that there was no rubber on the lower portion of the windshield wiper which obviously caused the scratch on the glass.Recommendation by service manager was to replace the windshield .
