Unexpected but should have known Dimmitt service has always been excellent in their services to me and my needs. This last time I brought my Escalade in for an unexpected emergency my service representative Sara Cribbs took me in the same day gave me a loaner and got my Escalade back the next day with no down time in my busy schedule. Horrible customer support from service department This was the third time repair for the same issue, still not repaired. I'm forced to contact GM for a remedy. Service manager "John McCrudy" was unprofessional and very condescending when I attempted to address my concerns with him, he continually talked over me. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received! More
