Dimmitt Cadillac of Clearwater was close to me so I decided to give it a try. Knowing full well that my experience would be determined by the customer service I would be receiving during my service visits, I asked around and received the names of two mechanics and one advisor at Dimmitt. Bill Kegan, my Service Advisor, provides me the the type of customer service I expect from a Cadillac dealership. Matthew Mayers helped me actually purchase a more appropriate vehicle that fit me better than the SRX, an Explorer Limited edition. His knowledge of both vehicles and the ability to communicate the pro's and con's of each vehicle as it related to me was invaluable and purely the reason I purchased the Explorer. Matthew Mayers was not pushy or driven to just get a sale, but rather he was honest and focused on my needs, addressing them perfectly. I would highly recommend Matthew Mayers to any of my friends looking to purchase a vehicle and have done as much. Sara Cribbs took care of my problems and spent time looking for other parts Cadillac no longer carrys. I was given a loaner car while mine was being repaired. Sara Cribbs kept me informed of the progress on my car plus her efforts to locate the rare parts I needed to keep my Cadillac in new condition. My EXT was completed without the two scarce items but Sara Cribbs promised me she would not give up and keep looking to help me find the dropped Cadillac parts. More
