The service I have always received at Dimmitt Cadillac has been superb. In all my years of owning automobiles I have never experienced a Service advisor such as Patricia Jones. My service advisor Patricia Jones was very attentive in handling my concerns and issues. Based on Patricia's advise I replaced my old tires with new ones. She also provided me with the Michelin tires I wa handling my concerns and issues. Based on Patricia's advise I replaced my old tires with new ones. She also strongly suggested that other than routine work needed, I also do air/fuel induction service along with evaporative cleaning service I am very proud to have Patricia and Dimmitt Cadillac as my Cadillac dealer.
