Took my Cadillac ATS into this dealership for A/C and electrical issues. With these types of issues, I wanted folks very familiar with the car to work on it hoping the problem would be found, and fixed f electrical issues. With these types of issues, I wanted folks very familiar with the car to work on it hoping the problem would be found, and fixed faster than a smaller A/C, or independent mechanic, even though I was assuming I would pay more for this. To my delight, the problem was resolved very fast and without needing any parts, and for a fraction of what I was expecting to pay. I am very glad I did take my ATS to this dealer for this problem! The service advisor, Pete Perelli was great to work with, and kept me informed of the progress. Next time I go to this dealer for service, I will be asking for him specifically. Thank you Pete! More
