Had my mom's car serviced as other "Buick" dealers whom she has been with since the car was new no longer provided valet service anymore. As I own a Cadillac CTS Wagon myself, I called Dimmitt to see if th she has been with since the car was new no longer provided valet service anymore. As I own a Cadillac CTS Wagon myself, I called Dimmitt to see if they could assist as mom does not drive anymore. The car is available for her providers if needed. They obliged and did required services I asked for as the 11yr old car only has 14,000mi on it. Flush systems, oil change, new tires from being over 11 years old. I never met anyone personally as I had to fly back to Denver before the car was completed. Thanks to all who helped mom. More

Steve Audia, sales m DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! I purchased my Discovery 3 years ago, and from the start did not have a good experience. Steve Audia, sales manager, was rude and condescending. Needles to say, I left aggravated. Ted, the sales consultant, reached out to me a few months later and was able to get the deal done. I went in recently and spoke with Tom about trading and purchasing a new car. Oh boy! WHAT A RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SAKES PERSON!!! LANDROVER AND DIMMIT SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO KEEP SUCH SALES PEOPLE and LET THEM REPRESENT THEIR CARS! They didn’t even try working with me, hoping I’m going to say OK to their outrages offer! I am including Tom’s text message to me: “You’re using the wrong argument Do u think we will just say ok. Here’s another amount because someone posted a price? It’s not an argument. It’s our offer to you” YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT WORKING WITH PEOPLE AND YOU HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, just like your manager Steve. I purchased 2022 Alpha Romeo from St. Pete and very happy with my purchase and experience. I will tell everyone in my family, my friends and coworkers NEVER EVER purchase any cars from this dealer. Very pleased with all aspects of service. Communication and scheduling was spot on. Justin was in contact with us. Updated us on progress of repairs and notified us when the job was complete.
