I looked all over the internet in Florida for a Cadillac XT5 with specific options. I finally found one that had most of what my wife and I wanted. It was at Demmitt Cadillac in Clearwater, Florida. We r XT5 with specific options. I finally found one that had most of what my wife and I wanted. It was at Demmitt Cadillac in Clearwater, Florida. We ran into Ian Harrison as we were looking around for the one I saw on the internet. He stated that it was being used and that it would be about a week before I could see it. I continued to look on the internet, but couldn't find another XT5 that we liked. I kept in touch with Ian Harrison the entire time. After my wife and I looked it over the XT5, we decided to purchase it. My wife and I are both very satisfied with the way Ian Harrison handled our business. I've bought many cars in my lifetime and Ian Harrison was the another reason I bought at Dimmitt Cadillac. Ian didn't hound us to death as most car salespersons do in trying to make a deal. I intend to have all of the service work on my XT5 done at the Dimmitt Auto Group dealership, Village Cadillac in Homosassa, Florida. More

Wow! Buying tires a new and easy way! Robert Gordon patiently walked me through taking a picture of my Jag tires in order to ascertain needed size for replacement. It took a lot of patience - I am 81 patiently walked me through taking a picture of my Jag tires in order to ascertain needed size for replacement. It took a lot of patience - I am 81 years old! He then found the tires in stock, and I was able to purchase the following day. I feel safe in my Jag knowing I have a competent, patient, service advisor with the expertise to thoroughly check out my Jag for any needed services ... and keep me informed. As a bonus I thoroughly enjoyed my waiting time at Dimmitt with fresh coffee, bottled water, and cute little doughnuts. I am very grateful. More

Beware!! This dealership dumped a crap car on me & when I found out I contacted them. To rectify the problem.. they basically told me I was on my own. I asked for them to buy the vehicle back from me that I found out I contacted them. To rectify the problem.. they basically told me I was on my own. I asked for them to buy the vehicle back from me that I had just purchased 3 months ago(of which it was in the shop for a month) and they offered me $8000 less than the sticker price of what I bought (not to mention all the taxes and fees) Worst dealership I have ever dealt with!! Buyer Beware!!! More
