I took my vehicle in for service and a few minor issues. My service advisor, Robert Gordon, took great pride in making sure each of my concerns were addressed. Great service I took my car in for an oil change at Dimmit Cadillac I Clearwater and was greeted by Patricia Jones. She me me feel at ease right away. I had a mask I took my car in for an oil change at Dimmit Cadillac I Clearwater and was greeted by Patricia Jones. She me me feel at ease right away. I had a mask with me and when I went to put it on one of the loops broke and she proceeded to hand me one of hers. She is so caring while still being a consummate professional. She made sure that the oil was changed; tires rotated; checked everything else to make sure that my car was working properly . I am pleased with the service that I received and Patricias lovely and friendly smile. More

Same great service My Land Rover came up for its normal service. When I called for an appointment I got the day and time I wanted. Now that we’re all practicing Social D My Land Rover came up for its normal service. When I called for an appointment I got the day and time I wanted. Now that we’re all practicing Social Distancing it was odd to see Decorative chains up to prevent all of us from leaning over the counter. Robert Gordon , my Service Advisor, met me as I arrived. We discussed what service was due and that I was going to wait. Since I was due for a tire rotation Rob and I joked about one tire’s affinity to pick up road debris. When I got my Land Rover back it was clean and shiny. More
