Excellent I have been having my cadillac service at Dimmitt for over 5 years. Despite the fact my vehicle was purchased at another dealership, the service I ha I have been having my cadillac service at Dimmitt for over 5 years. A/C repair, battery replacement and transmission service When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Patricia Jones who set up all the work that was to be done. She had a loaner vehicle ready to go so When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Patricia Jones who set up all the work that was to be done. She had a loaner vehicle ready to go so that when I was ready to leave there was no waiting. I thought I had purchased an extended warranty on my vehicle and she searched all the records attempting to find my policy. It turns out that I had only purchased the warranty for routine maintenance. She informed me of the price for all the work that was being performed along with a time estimate for getting my car back. She kept me informed of the status regularly. My car was completed earlier than expected and for less money than I was expecting as well. Great Job! Patricia knows her stuff and I'm glad that she is my Dimmit concierge. More
