I had stopped at service to get help putting new battery in my key fobs and when I started to leave the dealership, ABS and BRAKE warning lites appeared. Car was driving like it had a manual steering. I pul in my key fobs and when I started to leave the dealership, ABS and BRAKE warning lites appeared. Car was driving like it had a manual steering. I pulled into service, went inside and ask explained situation to Rob Gordon. He looked at car, said they needed to keep it and arranged a rental car for me as a squirrel incident had caused a significant backup in the service department and all their loaners were out. They made all the arrangements with the rental company and drove me there. Rob kept me informed throughout the repair period. I returned the rental to them when my card was ready. The service I receive from Rob and the rest of the service department will definitely be a big factor in choosing my next car!!! More

Recently took my vehicle in to be serviced as it had a coolant leak at 25,000 miles. I was surprised that it would need servicing with that issue so soon, but Land Rover Clearwater was able to get it fixe coolant leak at 25,000 miles. One Month Service Wait the Norm? I am struggling with understanding why someone would buy such an expensive vehicle and then be ok with the response that "a one month service time" (i I am struggling with understanding why someone would buy such an expensive vehicle and then be ok with the response that "a one month service time" (ie. should you have the misfortune to have something go wrong) is standard. And that, per the service director, "people keep coming back" and "if I was in Miami it would be two months." So, this tells me: 1. You are dreadfully understaffed or 2: The vehicles are failing more than expected and have much more involved issues or 3. The staff is exceptionally slow or 4. any combination thereof. I love my Jaguar, but I must seriously consider getting rid of it at this point because I NEED MY CAR and having it in service for 8 days without even having someone look at it is not working for me. So glad that your other customers are ok with it....but I won't be back. More
