Patricia Jones was very patient and took all the time necessary with me to explain many items I was not familiar with due to not having an owner's manual. I waited while I had the oil changed and a couple of items reviewed for future service. While waiting, I watched Patricia wait on many customers as she was the only service tech at the desk for a long time. Each person was given the same, friendly service even when there were people waiting, she acknowledged each customer and pleasantly asked them to wait while she finished completely with the person ahead of them in line. The dealership is also VERY nice, clean and all the people there are very helpful and friendly! More

1st Service visit This was my first visit at Dimmitt Caddillac. Also this is my first Caddillac it is a 2017 XT5. I was met by the check in person and then taken to Kevin Hamby the service manger. He did a full check of my XT5 and listened to my extra problems and to do the routine maintenance. He listen intently and assured me all would be taken care of. Showed me were a I could wait. The wait was what I expected. All was done to my great satisfaction. I did learn with my talk with Kevin that we did work with each other at the airport when I was with UPS. And knowing what was demanded there in that job he has brought that to Dimmitt. More

It was very easy to schedule the service appointment at Dimmitt Cadillac at a convenient time. Ken Scott, the service consultant, greeted me promptly and after filling out a bit of paperwork, escorted me to the customer lounge. The lounge was well appointed and a very comfortable spot to wait. Hot and cold beverages and fresh donuts were a welcome treat! The service work was completed in a timely fashion, and I was back on the road in no time. I've had experience waiting in both Jaguar and Mercedes customer lounges in the past, and can truthfully say the experience at Dimmitt was far superior to both! More
