1st service and some recall work on my new XT4 everything was taken care of to my full satisfaction and for all the work to be done,, I got a loaner. Since I was not able to return it at 6pm the sa everything was taken care of to my full satisfaction and for all the work to be done,, I got a loaner. Since I was not able to return it at 6pm the same day, I returned in early next morning. The best part of the service was $0 for the 1st service plus recall work. More

Not your ordinary service dept My ac wasn’t cooling on my brand new Escalade so we called in for service . Ryan made the process from there easy from the paperwork and pics to getting me out to go to work . His communication for the process was hands down amazing . Not a normal dealership My dream car is an Escalade , I went with my husband to test drive one as I hoped in January to get one. I am not a dealership fan so my nerves were on edge . We met with Mark and he was awesome , the entire atmosphere in the dealership was much like a bank or calm office not a stinky , dealership. It was a no stress experience. I was even impressed they had a changing table in the restrooms . Best vehicle buying experience and yes I got my dream car early , they made it impossible to say No .
