Patricia Jones is Awesome I brought my car up for an oil change and to have all fluids and everything checked. Patrica was very helpful, since it was my first time getting my c I brought my car up for an oil change and to have all fluids and everything checked. Patrica was very helpful, since it was my first time getting my car serviced. She said if I wanted to wait it would be about an hour and a half. I wanted to wait, but my husband needed my help and promised to have me back before they closed. But that didn't happen and my phone was not by my side and I missed Patrica calls. But luckily for me she had my keys & paper work inside with the receptionist. Thank you Patrica for your calls and I'm sorry I was unable to answer. More

They knew we were in a time crunch and did the very best to get our car back to us as soon as possible. Our service advisor is Robert Gordon and he goes out of his way to make the customer happy. We love our Range Rover. Anytime we have had a question he has been right there to find an answer. More

Tire going flat......again! As I was leaving an event where I was an exhibitor the tire warning light activated. 39 lbs in what should be a 50 lb tire. Fortunately I was only about 2 miles away from DIMMITT Land Rover. I was greeted with the normal DIMMITT enthusiasm. It didn’t make a difference that I didn’t have an appointment. (Although the guys were a bit squeamish about my pet that I had to take out of the vehicle.) .NOTE: I am very glad the finance representative told me about the wheel & tire insurance package when I got my Land Rover. More
