No pushy sells tactics, listened to my wishes, and was able to get me what I wanted for my trade in, and price on a 2017 XT5. When we arrived at Dimmitt, Matt had all the paperwork ready for us. He took the time ( about 1 hour ) to explain how to drive and use the entertainment system. With a new car there are numerous new systems that needs explaining. Matt has followed up with us after the sell to make sure everything is going fine and if we needed anything. I asked him about a warning light on how to turn it off.
