She talked with me at length on the phone regarding the problems I was having with my 2012 CTS Cadillac. My appointment was scheduled to meet my needs, Patricia gave me her number and asked me to text her with concerns and for updates during the time my car was being worked on. She had a lease car reserved for me and everything worked like clock work. She put much time into figuring out the problem with my keys and transmitter which ended up costing me nothing which allowed me to purchase some preventive maintenance services. I love the fact that my service rep was a female! She explained to me procedures and services in vocabulary that I could understand. She is awesome!!!! My experience at Dimmitt was the best of any dealership I have ever worked with including other Cadillac dealerships! Thanks, Ginny Yanson More
Excellent Customer Service This is the second time I have been at Dimmitt in the last 3 months. I bought a Velar in December and recently an F Jaguar Type . Ewan my sales rep wa This is the second time I have been at Dimmitt in the last 3 months. I bought a Velar in December and recently an F Jaguar Type . Ewan my sales rep was outstanding!!! Very friendly and made my wife and I fell comfortable during the entire process. Phil the manager also took out the time to talk with us and was patient and willing to work with us to get the deal done. My only issue was there wasn't anything to snack on while my wife and I where there which was over 4 hours. Beautiful new place, but you might want to think of having options for your clients especially that this process is not 1,2,3. More

Excellent Service Again I needed service on my 2014 Cadillac SRX and called Ryan Davis in the service center. Ryan scheduled me on a date and time of my liking. He indicate I needed service on my 2014 Cadillac SRX and called Ryan Davis in the service center. Ryan scheduled me on a date and time of my liking. He indicated that the service I was needed would take approximately 90 minutes. I arrived at the service center and was greeted by Ryan, paperwork was completed and he ushered me to the customer waiting area. As promised, work was completed on time. All the personnel of Dimmitt that I came in contact with were knowledgeable and professional. More
