We were visiting Clearwater from out of town. Took our car to Dimmit Cadillac and Sean Burns was our service writer. He kept in touch with us, made sure the service was done as soon as possible. I had an amazing experience with Dimmitt Cadillac. Oscar took great care of us during the process. I came looking for a specific car and made an appointment. I had my car towed in with a dead battery and faulty alternator. Along with new brake pads and full diagnostics etc. I had complimentary use of a rental car for two days while waiting for a part delive alternator. Before I knew about this review I was going to call to thank you folks.
