I brought my car in with some issues that also required coordinating a windshield repair with the glass repair company, fixing my tires with nails in them and the ordinary oil change. Bill managed it all beautifully and made sure I had a loaner so I didn't have to wait or coordinate other arrangements. I have every assurance that when I bring my car in to Dimmit, it will be well taken care of by Bill and the great service team. Patricia Jones, our service consultant, is a strong influence for our return, She is a ray of sunshine who is professional, knowledgable and efficient. Recently my Ford Explorer Sport truck was repaired and required two days as parts had to be ordered and diagnosis of problems were confirmed. Mike, an incredible mechanic, took the time to solve the issues. Patricia was responsible for allowing him to be available to do both the diagnosis and to test drive my vehicle until it drove like I had just purchased a new truck. My vehicle was detailed and sparkled when I drove it off. We have utilized the collision dept. there in the past and they are incredible as well. Robert has worked on my wife's car and we cannot praise him enough. Not only is he competent and thorough but he is a kind, pleasant, and helpful person. We plan to return to either dept. if and when the need arises. We are fortunate to have this facility in our area. More

Nail in my tire I called Julie Walker and told her my new car has a nail in the back tire. She reminded me of the Dimmitt Advantage program. That is Awesome, I thought. I brought my car in and Bill Kegan took great care of my car. He had the new tire put on and balanced. Bill recommended an oil change and tire rotation, all free of charge! The service was fast and they went above and beyond the call of duty. What a wonderful place for sales and service! Thank you. In our 10 min conversation he answered all my questions and I gave him an offer. He passed the offer along and the deal was done within 10 minutes of my first call. Well I picked the car up today and it was even better than he described it. He took great care in the explanation of features and never once made us feel rushed.
