Recently my Ford Explorer Sport truck was repaired and required two days as parts had to be ordered and diagnosis of problems were confirmed. Mike, an incredible mechanic, took the time to solve the issues. Patricia was responsible for allowing him to be available to do both the diagnosis and to test drive my vehicle until it drove like I had just purchased a new truck. My vehicle was detailed and sparkled when I drove it off. We have utilized the collision dept. there in the past and they are incredible as well. Robert has worked on my wife's car and we cannot praise him enough. Not only is he competent and thorough but he is a kind, pleasant, and helpful person. We plan to return to either dept. if and when the need arises. We are fortunate to have this facility in our area. More

That is Awesome, I thought. I brought my car in and Bill Kegan took great care of my car. He had the new tire put on and balanced.
