I have never dealt with any other agency, or service representative who was as concerned and willing to correct even the smallest of problems as was Patricia Jones of Dimmitt Cadillac. I mentioned that my key fob battery was getting low and she immediately pulled a package of batteries out of her draw and proceeded to change my battery for me.
